What You Do:
Review eligible charts within your existing patient population
Document findings using our brief structured template
If appropriate, route potentially eligible patients to a participating LIVERAGE site via our EP Referral Portal (site handles next steps)
Who can participate?
Any medical provider (or their staff) who are authorized to communicate with their patients, and who have access to a database of adult patients with fatty liver disease (NAFLD/MASH).
Designed for GI, Hepatology, and Endocrinology Physicians who treat patients with fatty liver disease and metabolic risk factors such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, or dyslipidemia — especially those who may have moderate fibrosis (F2–F3) based on labs, imaging, or prior evaluation.

*Additional chart review volume may be authorized based on the quality and completeness of chart review activity and program needs, subject to contract amendment and approval.
Payment can be made to the provider directly or to the office if necessary.
Chart review extensions are evaluated based on program needs and operational capacity. This compensation reflects fair-market value for structured chart review services, not patient enrollment outcomes.
